• Retail Warehouse Sale 2018 Vendor Application

    Please join us as a vendor for the 2018 OPRF Chamber Retail Warehouse Sale! You must be an owner or representative of a brick & mortar retail business to apply. Event will draw hundreds of attendees. It will take place February 17, 2018 from 11a-5p at the 19th Century Club, 178 Forest Avenue, in Oak Park. Space is limited to 20 vendors! Chamber members can sign up to be a vendor for FREE (based on availability), and non-member registration is available for $250. Each registered vendor will be provided with a 10' x 10' space, 8’ table and 2 chairs to use at the event.     Are you a member of the OPRF Chamber? If YES, please select below. We will confirm your vendor space after you submit your application. If NO, please select preferred option below. A Standard Annual Membership to the Chamber costs $300. Retailers have option to reduce Standard Membership by $100 in exchange for $150 in gift cards. Basic Annual Memberships, with restrictions, costs $225. If you are not interested in joining the Chamber at this time, please indicate below and go to the event homepage (https://www.oprfchamber.org/retail-warehouse-sale) to pay your vendor fee via the red "Pay Non-Member Vendor Fee Here" button on right margin. We will confirm your vendor space after we have received your application and payment. Thank you.
    Electrical outlets are limited (to not overload circuits) and require specific booth placement. These spaces are available on a first-come basis. Do you need electrical for this event?
    20 vendors with 500 or more followers equal a HUGE auxiliary market for this event. As a vendor, I agree to help promote my involvement in this event to my customer base via social media, website and/or email. The Chamber will provide marketing collateral to help make this easy.
    This event will have a significant marketing reach between the Chamber + 20 vendor audiences. Consider purchasing a sponsorship to support this community wide retail initiative in a very visible way. Sponsorships start at $300 with varying degrees of benefits.     Recapping Vendor Responsibilities For 2018 Retail Warehouse Sale
    Non-Chamber members will pay a $250 fee to participate in event. Vendors arrive on event day between 7-10A for set-up, breakdown from 5-6:30P. Vendors participate in 10A pre-shop. Pre-shop tickets will be sold to support a charitable organization. Vendors have access to Wi-Fi and will transact sales using own mobile POS system, cash, etc. Vendors keep 100% of proceeds. Vendors offer discounts 20-90% off retail on any merchandise of their choice. Vendors promote event to own followers via social media, online, etc. Vendors market your business! Dress up your space + get creative to maximize branding. Also, bring bounce back offers, info about upcoming events, giveaway swag, etc. to help get message out about your business.
