PROPOSED CHANGES TO BY-LAWS
In 2017, The Chamber Board of Directors established a task force to review the current by-laws and recommend any changes needed to align our policies and procedures with the current environment. The revised By-Laws were received by the Board, which supports the recommendations.
Member concurrence is required to officially adopt the recommendations. All members in good standing are entitled to a single vote, either electronically (below) or in person at the April 10 Business After Hours at Wonderworks Children's Museum.
