Who Is Celebrating This Week?This week we'll be celebrating with Studio19 Barre & Fitness, the new workout studio in River Forest! We'll be celebrating this new business as part of their grand opening!
What Are They Celebrating?
Studio19 is a community-driven fitness studio offering in-studio and virtual-live barre, barre express, strength, yoga, and cycle (virtual only) classes. Their interactive teaching approach is all about supporting clients along their wellness journey, in a fun and motivating atmosphere. Come meet owner Therese Cozzi Burkle and experience Studio19!
Where Should I Park?
Parking: Parking is available on North Avenue and adjoining side streets.

Come on back the next day, September 13, for the grand opening party:They will be raffling off 3 unlimited Monthly Memberships, tanks, tees, socks and MORE!
8:30 am: MEGA Barre!
This class will be taught by all teachers collectively! All Studio19 current clients are welcome!
9:30 am: MEGA Barre!
Again, taught by all instructors, this class is FREE and open to anyone! If you are a current client and want to bring a new friend or someone who has never been to class there before, this one's for you!
