Studio19 is a community-driven fitness studio offering in-studio and virtual-live barre\, barre express\, strength\, yoga\, and cycle (virtual only) classes. \;Their interactive teaching approach is all about supporting clients \;along their wellness journey\, in a \;fun and motivating atmosphere. \; Come meet owner Therese Cozzi Burkle and experience Studio19!

\n\nParking: Parking is available on North Avenue and adjoining side streets.

\n\nAgain\, taught by all instructors\, this class is FREE and open to anyone! If you are a current client and want to bring a new friend or someone who has never been to class there before\, this one'\;s for you!
