Who can participate in this promotion?

This offer is available for new members who sign up for a Standard or Premium membership only. This promotional offer does not apply to:

-          Existing membership renewals

-          Individual memberships

-          Affiliate memberships

-          Basic memberships

-          Free listing requests

-          Business district memberships

All new members who join in the month of October must have paid their annual dues in full by November 30, 2017 in order to be included in the drawing.

Existing members may be entered into the drawing only if they are a current member of the Chamber of Commerce and in good standing (ie. have paid any outstanding annual membership dues in full by November 30, 2017).

Existing members who make a referral will only be entered into the drawing if the new member joins the Chamber within the month of October and pays their annual dues in full by November 30, 2017.

There is no limit to the number of new members that can be referred to the Chamber by an individual member organization. Therefore there is no limit to the number of times an existing member can be entered into the drawing, pending they meet the requirements as specified above.

How will your name be entered into the drawing?

Once the Chamber has confirmed that a member is eligible, their name will be entered into the drawing. All entrant names will be generated within the Chamber office to ensure that names/identity/card entry is consistent across all entries and that anonymity is maintained prior to the drawing.

When will the drawing be made?

The drawing for the winner of the 25x25 prize will be made during the December Business After Hours Event (BAH) – December 12, 2017. The winner will be chosen randomly by the President of the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. The winner does not have to be present.
