About Us

My name is Jason Cox, and I am an independent insurance agent. My business covers three main areas.
-Representing Aflac, I work throughout the Chicagoland area with small businesses, nonprofits, and individuals to help them save money and provide additional financial protection to their employees through Aflac's supplemental benefits programs.
-I am also licensed in Medicare, and can work with people to both educate them about how the program works and help them manage their out-of-pocket expenses. I am appointed by all major carriers for Medicare Advantage and Medicare supplement plans, as well as prescription drug plans.
-I also can help people sign up for health insurance through the Affordable Care Act's Marketplace. I am appointed with all major carriers, and can help you determine if you qualify for a subsidy.
-I am licensed in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Missouri, Florida, North Carolina, and Texas.
-I am also a notary!
