Your company is short staffed, and the price of everything seems to increase daily. You need a break! Meditating at work can help. Relaxing and clearing your mind for just a few minutes can increase your concentration, your productivity and your overall mental health. If you're new to meditation, here are some quick and easy ways to get started. 

    Looking for some extra guidance? Join us for Chamber Meditation Mondays. The third Monday of each month we meet at the Cross Function Flexible Workspace at 1033 South Blvd for a 30 minute meditation starting at 12:15pm. These meditations are lead by Kelsang Chogo, of the Kadampa Meditation Center in the Oak Park Arts District. Now more than ever, self-care is critical and essential.
