    While attending a Board meeting recently, a random comment was thrown out about something clearly no one had given much thought to  - email sign-off etiquette. Yes, it's a thing. After the initial shock wore off (you could hear the crickets,) the comment prompted a ten minute discussion on best practices. I was floored at how much debate and research was available on such a seemingly irrelevant topic. ITPro spelled out a Top Ten List of Do's and Don't.  SparkMailApp's article focuses on the professional sign-off and offered easy advice: be consistent and don't abbreviate.
