Buddies, Not Bullies

Today is International Stand Up to Bullies Day. Sadly, bullying is not limited to grammar school playgrounds or high school locker rooms. Bullying happens in work places, book clubs, fitness centers, coffee houses and every place adults frequent. Please don't be a Regina George and channel your inner Mean Girl. Please be the Better Person, the Bigger Person, and stop workplace gossip and trolling. Work environments (and social environments) can be just as brutal as the playgrounds or they can be fun, safe havens form everyday drama. Do your best to make your work space as supportive, productive, encouraging and fun as possible. After all, happy coworkers are productive coworkers. Have a fabulous day!!
