    Bio:

    Caroline Heskett is a Program Manager, within the Office of Community Health Equity and Engagement at Rush Oak Park Hospital. Within this role, Caroline can combine her passion in making positive contributions to address the critical issues of health inequities and disparities, while collaborating with the community in the joint interest of our community’s overall health and well-being. As a long-time resident of Oak Park, she’s grateful to partner with the OPRF Chamber of Commerce and serve on the board as Rush Oak Park Hospital’s representative.

    Caroline’s career also includes 17 years at The Joint Commission, holding a variety of positions within the Division of Accreditation and Certification Operations. Her most recent role was a Project Manager on the Business Transformation team, leading major strategic and improvement initiatives.

    Caroline graduated from Miami University, earning her bachelor’s degree in Health Appraisal and Enhancement. Additionally, she has a Master of Public Health degree from Benedictine University. She’s a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and trained as a Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt.

    Caroline’s greatest joy is quality time with her husband, three children and two dogs.
