Welcome to 2022!

We are thrilled you will be joining us! WIB is stepping aside from its routine format and taking a breather (literally!) by offering a yoga retreat hosted by YogaSix - Oak Park! Take time out of your daily hustle and bustle for a nourishing practice for your mind and body. 

Monica Campbell will be leading us in relaxation, light stretching movements and breathing techniques that can be incorporated into your daily office routine. All levels of yoga experience are welcome and encouraged to join us. 

What to Expect and Where to Go!

Classroom space is limited to the first 40 people. Please sign up today! 

Dress comfortably in yoga attire or loose clothing. Dressing rooms will not be available. This is a restorative class (not spinning!) so you won't return to the office sweaty and gross.

Please bring a yoga or Pilates mat if you have one. Don't have a mat? No problem, YogaSix has one you can borrow for the class. 

Coffee and light refreshments will be served after class. 

Please note chairs for seating will not be available. All movements and relaxation will be on the floor. 

Parking? 

YogaSix recommends parking in the Forest Street Parking Garage located behind Cooper's Hawk on the NE corner of Lake and Forest.
