The 18th Annual Early Childhood Symposium: ComPASSION Matters!
The Collaboration for Early Childhood’s 18th annual Symposium will take place virtually onSaturday, February 27, 2021. This annual gathering provides an opportunity for anyone who works with young children – educators, caregivers, and parents – to gain knowledge, perspective, practical skills and tools for supporting all young children.
This year’s Early Childhood Symposium theme will focus on the role of empathy and compassion in early childhood. Workshops and keynote addresses will explore why compassion is important in the classroom, and how to nurture self-care in yourself to be the best early childhood educator you can be.
Regular admission for the full day symposium, which includes two keynote speakers, and three workshop sessions, is $45. Student rates are also available.
