NAMI Metro Suburban - Practical Family Skills Workshop

Please join us for Practical Family Skills, a workshop for families, friends, and caregivers of an adult loved one with any mental health condition that affects daily activities (including those experiencing psychosis).

This workshop focuses on communication skills, collaboration, emotional regulation, and options for treatment. We will learn and practice skills that will have an immediate positive impact on the relationship, as well as encourage recovery-oriented activity.
