FROSTY AFFAIR: The Oak Park-River Forest Holiday Market (Vendor Registration)

Sign up to be part of our Frosty Affair Holiday Market! We'll have festive shopping featuring a delightful array of local retailers showcasing their unique products and services for sale. Don't miss out on being part of where shopping becomes a magical experience for all! 

Here are the details:

- Set-up Time: Vendors can arrive as early as 1:30 pm and as late as 3:00 pm to begin setting up their booths. (YOU MUST STAY THE ENTIRE TIME)

- Product Sales: Vendors are encouraged to sell their products during the event, offering attendees a taste of the amazing goods and services our community has to offer.

- New to this year is a change in our location! We're so excited to have our second Frosty Affair at the Nineteenth Century Charitable Association. 
- Please note you must be an independent retail business. Service-based businesses and Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) ventures will be vetted by the event organizers to ensure alignment with the spirit of the event.

Schedule:

1:30-3:00 pm Vendors to set up

3:30-7:30 pm Market is open to the public

7:30-8:00 pm Clean up 

For Standard registration (at $75 members | $115 non-members), you will receive the following: 

6X6 Space with 6ft table with tablecloth (optional)
