About Us Home Companion Solutions (HCS) and Elder Care Solutions (ECS) provide a continuum of care supporting older adults and families across Chicagoland. From hands-on companion care to RN-led care management and advocacy, we are deeply committed to helping clients age safely and confidently. We are growing—and looking for someone who wants to grow with us. Our office is conveniently located in the West Loop (close to the Green line and Union Station) with plans to move to Oak Park in the near future.
