I have been massaging professionally for 20 years, and still learning new techniques about our bodies.
Research has shown that massage improves pain and function,better then Narcotics.  I work with all beings that are need of healing.

As the co-owner of Sophia's Cleaning Service, Andre Kazimierski, I grew up with the legacy of our family business, a testament to 39 years of dedication to excellence and integrity, principles my late mother, Sophia Borek, instilled from the start. To honor her memory, we donate a portion of every cleaning visit to cancer research in her name.

I am a Functional Medicine and Integrative Health Coach merging root-cause, systems-based functional medicine with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), Western herbs, aromatherapy, mind-body medicine, and peak performance strategies along with proven coaching techniques to change the course of a young person's life from one of chronic health issues to one filled with hope and health.
