Wynona Redmond is a pioneering communications and community engagement strategist with 30 years of experience connecting corporations to communities, and President of Wyn-Win Communications, an M/WBE-certified consulting agency she founded in 2012 that provides strategic communications, community engagement, and corporate social responsibility counsel to corporate, retail, healthcare, and faith-based clients. Under her leadership, Wyn-Win has achieved landmark milestones, including engaging 87 community organizations across Illinois to launch Affordable Care Act marketplace health insurance enrollment in minority communities, mobilizing underrepresented communities of color for the U.S. Census, and raising awareness of organ and tissue donation in urban Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. Prior to founding Wyn-Win, Wynona served as a senior public affairs and community engagement executive for a variety of large-scale enterprises. A respected civic leader, she has served on the boards of the Greater Chicago Food Depository, the Network of Executive Women, and the Illinois Retail Merchants Association, is past president of the National Black Public Relations Society, and served as a senior advisor on the board of the Public Relations Society of America. Her outstanding contributions have been recognized with numerous honors, including the National Association of Black Journalists' 2018 Patricia L. Tobin Media Professional Award, Target Market News PR Executive of the Year, Chicago Defender Women of Excellence, and many more.
