Led by an expert physical therapist, this session will explore the vital role of the pelvic floor in dynamic core stability, common dysfunctions and how physical therapy plays a key role in navigating body changes with confidence.
Whether you're looking to optimize your health, prevent issues, or manage existing concerns, this workshop will provide practical tools and insights to help you feel strong, supported, and in control.
Support local families in need through our CARE FOR DOWN THERE project. Bring new boxes of diapers, wipes, adult undergarments or menstrual supplies for donation to Housing Forward.
Meet our Panelist:
Kendall Lynch
Dr. Kendall Lynch earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh in 2010. Shortly after graduation, she worked in Tampa, FL most notably for University of South Florida in their Physical Therapy department as a Clinical Professor. While working there, she earned her Board Certification in Orthopedics. Concurrently, she became certified in Pilates through Polestar Pilates in Miami, FL which had a rehabilitative focus.
Following a move to Washington DC, she started to focus her career into women?s and pelvic health taking numerous courses with Herman and Wallace. She spent the next few years with her own mobile physical therapy business working with pregnant and post-partum women, as well as runners who were experiencing pelvic floor issues.
She moved to New York City in 2018 continuing her specialization in pelvic floor conditions, and was accepted into the Fellowship Program at Columbia University Irving Medical Center Physical Therapy and Westside Dance Physical Therapy as the first ever Fellow. During the Fellowship, she worked with the healthcare team at the New York City Ballet.
In 2024, she moved to Oak Park, IL and founded Niche Physical Therapy to bring her wealth of knowledge and combination of skills. She has a passion to offer life changing specialized physical therapy services to her community, and positively impact her clients' lives and well being.Meet our 2025 WIB group co-chairs:

Please come as you are. Skirt and office blazer or hoodie and leggings, we are thrilled you are joining us. Coffee, tea and light refreshments will be served.
9:00-9:15AM - network, socialize, gather refreshments, and find your seat.
9:15-10:30AM - program
If you need to arrive a few minutes late or leave a few minutes early, please still join us! We get it, we all have things to do.
