Who Is Celebrating This Week?

This week we'll be celebrating with First Watch, the renowned new breakfast and lunch destination in River Forest!  We'll be celebrating this restaurant as part of their grand opening week!

What Are They Celebrating?

First Watch is known nationally for crafting delicious seasonal cuisines for breakfast, brunch and lunch.  Besides creating great meals, they are also a company that takes corporate social responsibility seriously: they were named last year's "Most Loved Workplace in America" by Newsweek magazine and the Best Practices Institute.  First Watch sources much of its single-origin coffee from female farmers in Colombia; they use only cage-free eggs in their made-to-order dishes, and implement sustainable building practices in the construction of their restaurants, as well as choosing and using compostable straws and carryout containers. 

The First Watch emphasis on seasonality means a variety of fresh and delicious entrees at any time of year!
