              8:30-10am Meet the Champ! Samantha Guzman, Oak Park Native who's going Pro will be leading a Boxing conditioning class.
              8:30-11am Meet the Trainers, Nutrition Coach and Adam Wolf, PT and owner from The Movement Guild. Get all your exercise, nutrition and nagging injury problems answered. We love to party and talk shop so come have a cup of Joe and hang out with us! Wanna check out our new Power Plate Vibration machines? We'll give you a few exercises to try and we're offering a whopping 50% off Personal Training! surprise
