This month's topic: The Story of a Development - The Albion from Start to Sales. We'll be hosted by The Albion, one of Oak Park's new high-rise developments, where we'll get a tour of the just-opened building. Then we'll get to hear the backstory of the project - how did this site get chosen? How did the developers navigate the challenges that came up in presenting and building the project? And how is their team going about marketing a project that not everyone welcomed?
