              Keynote: Jose Ochoa, Publicis Sapient


              Title: Building Tomorrow's Giants: AI-Enabled Entrepreneurial Strategies for Small business

              Jose Ochoa is Senior Director of Cloud and Data Strategy in the Google Cloud Practice at Publicis Sapient. Jose brings over 17 years of executive leadership, management, and strategy experience to the team. He is passionate about the role data plays in solving the world?s challenges, enabling others to realize their potential, and scaling organizations.

              Most recently, Jose led AI/ML Solutions Engineering at Maven Wave, a cloud strategy consulting firm. Prior to that, Jose was the COO of a startup that grew to become the nation?s largest, and most tech innovative, adult CDL vocational institution. Before that he served as a senior associate with McKinsey & Company in New York City where he developed an expertise in strategy and big data. Jose?s career started as a high school chemistry and biology teacher with Teach For America in Chicago, where he also founded and coached a cross country team.

              Jose received his undergraduate degree in Molecular Biophysics & Biochemistry from Yale University and received a Master?s in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is also an avid hockey player and musician.

              Title: Beyond Transactions: Exploring the intersection of AI and Consumerism 



              Tim is a seasoned strategic leader with over 25 years of experience in the high technology industry. He has helped build and grow consulting companies and global teams focused on disruptive technologies like cloud computing, internet of things (ioT), and artificial intelligence (AI).


              Tim has been deeply involved in the recent explosion of Generative AI (GenAI) as a phenomena that promises to revolutionize healthcare, manufacturing, advertising, and the nature of work and customer experiences as we know them.

               

              Tim is currently the Americas Cloud Leader for Wipro, a global systems integrator, and is also undergoing his doctorate in Education and Organizational Leadership from University of Southern California.

               
               

              Yovana Rosales; Making Líder Moves podcast


               

              Title: Confronting Burnout and AI Bias: Strategies for Thriving in Your Business and Self-Care with AI Unveiled

               

              Yovana Rosales, is your lively host on the Making Líder Moves podcast! Join her as she empowers remarkable Latinas to share their journeys, stories, and experiences. Together, they delve into the challenges our community encounters and the inspirational steps they've taken to prioritize themselves, self-care and joy in their lives.

               

              As a passionate community builder, she is dedicated to creating safe and nurturing virtual spaces where community members can freely express their true selves and work their magic, whether through storytelling, creativity, or laughter. These spaces cater to coaches, Latinx communities, wellness enthusiasts, and tech aficionados.

               

              In the ever-evolving world of tech, she is on a mission to educate her community on the exciting realm of artificial intelligence (AI) and how we can harness its power to grow and scale our entrepreneurial ventures. Women of color often find themselves overwhelmed with endless responsibilities, juggling work, household chores, and caregiving. It's their right to access the knowledge and tools needed to navigate AI effectively. Rosales helps them leverage this transformative technology to scale their businesses, self-care routines, and daily lives to combat burnout while remaining vigilant about AI biases.


               

              Dr. Zamir; Dominican University

              Title: Empowered Economics; How to use AI in Decision Making

              Dr. Hassan Zamir is an accomplished associate professor and the director of the Informatics program at the School of Information Studies at Dominican University in Illinois. He holds a PhD in Information Science from the University of South Carolina and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in his field. Dr. Zamir's research interests are focused on social media and misinformation. In addition to his research, he teaches a variety of subjects including data science, artificial intelligence, health informatics, web designing, and cybersecurity. Dr. Zamir's dedication to his students is well-known, as he is known for his ability to make complex topics interesting and easy to understand. He is a regular contributor to scientific journals and presents at information science-related conferences and workshops to share his knowledge with a wider audience. Dr. Zamir is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest developments in his field and is always seeking new opportunities to learn and grow.
