    Bio:

    Dan is currently a Business Performance Advisor with Insperity, helping small business owners, c-suite executives, and Executive Directors with 3 to 3000 employees grow their top line, mitigate risk, and cut costs, all while helping them to find, cultivate, and retain top talent, taking the burden of human capital management off their plate. Thus, allowing them to focus once again on driving and growing their businesses, all while giving them the peace of mind of knowing that all of their human resources roles and responsibilities are not only being met but exceeded.

    Growing up in Chicagoland, Dan has resided in the Oak Park / River Forest area since 2014 and has strong ties to the community. Dan is proud father of 6 and grandfather of 7. His younger children have attended William Hatch Elementary, Gwendolyn Brooks Middle School and currently attend OPRFHS.

    A lifelong musician, Dan co-founded Fort Knox Studios Chicago in 2011 where he served as the managing partner until 2019. In 2014 Dan also co- founded the 2112 Music and Film Tech Business Incubator in Chicago where he also served as managing partner. During a ribbon cutting ceremony and press conference for 2112, then Chicago Mayor, Rahm Emanual called Fort Knox Studios and 2112 “A pearl in the oyster that is Chicago”. In 2017, Fort Knox Studios was awarded first runner up for the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce/ James Tyree Award for most innovative new business is Chicago.

    From 2016 through 2018 Dan also served as a Commissioner to the Office of the Governor Bruce Rauner, on his State of Illinois Bicentennial Commission. Prior to that Dan worked for 25 years in the men’s and kids apparel industry in several executive management and sales capacities.
