Come Flow with PJ - As a Certified Yoga Teacher, teaching for 6 years - I guide students on a journey toward cultivating inner peace and joy – both on and off the mat, my teaching blends mindful movement, breathwork, and heart centered practices to create a space where everybody feels welcome. With a passion for helping others reconnect with themselves - my classes encourage presence, balance, and self- compassion. Whether you’re just beginning or deepening your practice, I’m here to support you in discovering peace within and the joy that flows from living in alignment.
It all begins with breath and intention and includes a meditative rhythmic flow with a cadence you can keep up with, find your pose and deepen. I introduce a pause where there isn’t one and look forward to connecting with everyone. I teach weekly to a warm community that feels like a family. I have students at all levels.
