              About Us

              New Approach Mental Health is a private psychotherapy practice that specializes in supporting women after a relationship crisis and helping them gain clarity of their inner world in order to take steps toward a confident future. We also work with those who have lost an important person to suicide and people who find their obsessive thinking and/or compulsive behaviors unsettling.
