About Us

ElderCare Solutions (ECS) was founded in 1996 to provide geriatric Care Management services to older adults and their families in the Chicago area. We offer help and hope to older adults and their families/guardians as they face the difficult and complicated issues of aging. We advocate on behalf of our clients to find solutions that fit their values, so they may experience the quality of life they desire as they age.

ECS has been distinguished by our dedication to these core values, which infuse everything we do. All care managers are Registered Nurses who specialize in geriatric care. Care plan development, continuing care, care coordination, and guardianship services are available.

Home Companion Solutions, our sister company, provides in home, non-medical companion care for our clients. Our mission is to provide high quality, client-centered and affordable Home Care services to our clients to assist them in leading dignified and independent lives in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

We are licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health as a Home Services Agency and our company and our employees are licensed, bonded and insured. We are a proud member of the Home Care Association of America.

We are local, woman, RN and family owned and operated businesses that are not restricted by franchise rules. This allows us the opportunity to customize our services in unique ways to meet the exact needs of our clients.
