World Première of FUTURE PERFECT opera at the Kehrein Center for the Arts

Rose Guccione (owner of OperaGram.com) will be performing the role of BAUBO in FUTURE PERFECT: a new opera by composer David Shenton and librettist Christine Steyer (recipients of the National Opera Association Production Award), conducted by Tim Pahel, and directed by Jeff Award-nominated director Nick Sandys.

FUTURE PERFECT is drawn from five years of workshops with 1,300 Chicago-area youth examining the themes of separateness, interconnectedness and transcendence from a variety of lenses.

FUTURE PERFECT will be performed at the new Kehrein Center for the Arts in Chicago’s Austin neighborhood at 5628 W. Washington Blvd. Chicago, IL. There will be only four performances:

• Thursday, June 23 @ 7:30PM
• Friday, June 24 @ 7:30PM
• Saturday, June 25 @ 7:00PM
• Sunday, June 26 @ 4PM
