Jennifer Rook is the President/Executive Director of Thrive Counseling Center in Oak Park.  She is also a licensed clinical professional counselor and board-certified music therapist. Jenni has served as a nonprofit CEO for more than a decade, helping behavioral health organizations to grow through values-based leadership and authentic communication. With over twenty years of experience in mental health and creative arts therapy, Jennifer has dedicated her career to expanding access to care and building therapeutic communities rooted in equity and compassion. Jenni is the author of The Joy Revolution: Find Happiness When You Feel Overbooked or Overwhelmed and emphatically believes leading with joy and love will always yield the best possible outcome.
