Join us for the 10th Annual Community Health and Wellness Fair on
Sunday, April 19 | 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
FFC Health Club - Oak Park, IL

This annual event showcases outstanding health and wellness services available throughout the western suburbs and attracts hundreds of area residents. Attendees will interact with 60+ exhibitors, receive complimentary screenings, enjoy family-friendly activities, and appreciate high-quality giveaways.

 

Why Be a Vendor?

EXCELLENT MARKETING
Health and wellness businesses come face-to-face with hundreds of engaged residents. The Chamber promotes this event to an audience of 70,000+ through e-blasts, web postings, public relations, social media, and print advertising.

OUTSTANDING NETWORKING
More than 60 health-related businesses, owners, and managers will be present. Your booth neighbor could be your next referral partner.

AFFORDABLE & HIGH-IMPACT
This is a great way to connect with new Chamber members in the Health & Wellness sector and reconnect with familiar faces.

Vendor Booth Fees

• Chamber Members: $250
• ​Non-Members: $700 

Vendor Expectations

All booth and add-on fees must be prepaid to guarantee participation

Vendors are required to promote the event to clients and the community via email, social media, and/or print posters

Vendors must arrive between 9:00AM - 10:00 AM for setup

No breakdown before 2:00 PM

Breakdown window: 2:00-3:00 PM

Free Sunday parking available in the Holley Court Garage behind FFC

Chamber will conduct extensive online, social media, and offline marketing

Vendors will be invited to a Boost Your Booth informational and networking pre-event gathering on March 24, 2026.

Chamber provides a 6 showcase table and two chairs

Sponsorships

$550-$2,500
Includes premium booth placement, booth fees, and marketing benefits.
If your sponsorship level is $1,000 or more and you wish to pay by invoice, please contact us.

Health Fair sponsorships include:

• Opportunity to request preferred booth location

• Booth fees included

Sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis and sell out quickly.
The Presenting Sponsorship has already sold.

Remaining sponsorships range from $550-$3,000, with varying benefit levels.

Diamond Sponsor  $3,000

-Four (4) vendor tables included with choice placement in the main event space

-Option for one private space, if available

-Feature advertising in up to three weekly Chamber e-newsletters leading up to the event and one after the event

-Logo placement on all digital and print media, program, and map

Platinum Sponsor  $1,750

-Two (2) vendor tables included with choice placement in the main room

With over 80 amazing vendors registered for this year’s Health & Wellness Fair, we’re bringing everyone together for a special pre-event gathering you won’t want to miss! Join us for the Vendor Happy Hour, hosted by our generous partners at Riveredge Hospital, and take advantage of this opportunity to connect, collaborate, and build community with your fellow participants.

Whether you’re a first-time vendor or a returning favorite, this relaxed evening is the perfect chance to put faces to names, share ideas, and network with like-minded professionals from across the health and wellness space. We’ll also share a few important updates and reminders to make sure everyone feels confident and ready for Fair day.
