Stay Sane, Thrive, and Keep Your Stamina this Holiday Season
For me, Fall means slowing down and savoring each moment. It's a little pocket between busy summer, and even busier holiday season where it's wonderful to just . . . CHILL!
But it seems as if the "holiday season" begins sooner each year. And we often enter the holidays already burnt out and exhausted.
Not exactly an ideal situation to "give thanks" and "be merry," right?
I totally understand the struggle! That's why I am teaming up with two other wonderful women who believe that taking care of YOU is essential =)
We'll discuss stress management techniques, healthy holiday food, and overall self-care from the perspective of a holistic doctor, massage therapist, and plant-based chef.
It's FREE and we are doing a raffle for 1 of each of our services just for showing up!
Arrive On Time...receive another entry! AND get an entry for each Friend you bring along!
See you there!
