What Are They Celebrating?

Peace and Joy Within Yoga is celebrating their one-year anniversary on Roosevelt Road!  Owner P.J. says of her studio, "my teaching blends mindful movement, breathwork, and heart-centered practices to create a space where everyone feels welcome."  Please come join us to make PJ feel welcome and to learn about what yoga practice might do for you!
