Nonprofit Affinity Group / Storytelling for Impact
The Chamber's Nonprofit Affinity Group gathers the first Thursday of most months (this month, second Tuesday!) to connect with each other and benefit from some professional development. We start at 12:30 with time to network, then have our presenter begin at 1 pm. We welcome you to join us!
This month: Small Stories, Big Impact
In a data-drenched world, it’s easy to overlook the everyday moments that quietly and powerfully shape us. Small Stories, Big Impact equips attendees to rediscover those moments and transform them into stories that inspire trust, spark creativity, and galvanize performance across their organizations.
In this session, participants will:
-
Recognize the abundance of meaningful, everyday stories they already live - and why these are the stories that matter most.
-
Explore the science of storytelling: how stories stick, persuade, and ignite change in ways facts and data alone cannot.
-
Practice simple, actionable techniques for crafting memorable stories that strengthen high-performance culture in meetings, presentations, and daily interactions
Please join us to learn about storytelling to strengthen your nonprofit!
