Running a business includes important legal considerations, to make sure your work is functional and you are protected.  

Join us at an informational session on entity formation with representatives from the DePaul University Business Law Clinic.  Lawyers and law students will review the basics and and share more about how the Clinic can support Chamber members.

More about the Business Law Clinic

Representatives from the DePaul University Business Law Clinic help in the following ways:

• Serve as primary legal counsel for small and mid-sized business clients
• Counsel clients on transactional, corporate governance, employment, intellectual property, information technology and entrepreneurship matters
• Lead negotiations and draft client memoranda, contracts and other legal documents
• Collaborate with DePaul MBA and Jarvis College of Computing and Digital Media students on business and technology issues affecting Clinic clients 

This meeting will take place in the Veteran's Room at the Oak Park Library at 10am.  The Veterans Room is located on the second floor.

What To Expect...

Please come as you are, and feel free to bring your notebook or laptop (free wifi!).  Limited free garage parking is available on the lower level of the Library.  Metered street parking is also available on Lake Street.

The Oak Park Public Library is accessibility-friendly.
