BIPOC Affinity Group Mental Health: A Spring Refresher
Mental health is so crucial, especially as we enter spring—a time of renewal and growth.
Encouraging open communication, providing adequate support, and promoting work-life balance are just a few strategies that can help mitigate stress levels.
Please join the BIPOC Co-chairs, Tamekia Swint, and Jeffrey Hines for a discussion and sharing session about some of the approaches you can use to tackle workplace stress.
This month we'll be at Styles 4 Kidz, hosted by BIPOC Affinity Group co-chair Tamekia Swint. Styles 4 Kidz is a nonprofit whose mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate haircare education and services for African-American kids in foster care and transracial adoptive families.
Where Should I Park?
The best place to find parking near Styles 4 Kidz is on Harrison Street or adjoining streets.
