BIPOC Affinity Group at Styles 4 Kidz
Close out this Black History Month with our inaugural BIPOC Business Owner affinity group meeting! 🎉We will be hosting an informal meet and greet on Monday, February 28th at 5:00 pm. Come connect with Black, Latinx, Asian-American, indigenous peers from the OPRF business and nonprofit community!During this event, we will do introductions, talk about the type of programming and resources are needed for the community, and discuss meeting frequency and goals for the group. Food and Beverage will be provided.Come join us to make connections with great folks, and help us shape the future of this new group!
This month we'll be at Styles 4 Kidz, hosted by BIPOC Affinity Group co-chair Tamekia Swint. Styles 4 Kidz is a nonprofit whose mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate haircare education and services for African-American kids in foster care and transracial adoptive families.
