Session 3: "Constructive Conflict"
This session will cover how to manage your team so that workplace conflict builds relationships, increases creativity, and creates a culture of integrity.Presenter:
Lisa M. Amoroso, Professor of Management , Dominican University, Brennan School of Business and Administrative Team Co-Chair at IMPACT Chicago.
After working in software development and management systems at Mercer and Accenture, Amoroso attended the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern, where she completed her PhD in sociology and organization behavior. Although Amoroso?s primary focus is teaching, she runs conflict resolution, negotiations, diversity, and team effectiveness workshops. She also publishes research on diversity education, social identity, status hierarchies, and student learning. Amoroso volunteers with IMPACT Chicago, a women and girls? self-defense non-profit whose mission is to prevent, minimize, and stop violence.Connecting Business to Business and Business to Community.
