Need a refresher on the do's and don'ts of enforcing house rules, LGBT protections, anti-discrimination policies, tip pooling, and more? Join IRA Advisory Council member and hospitality attorney Rob Bernstein, Partner at Laner Muchin, on Wednesday, September 12 at 2:00 p.m. at the Illinois Restaurant Association office for Protecting Your Business: a presentation on key labor and employment-related issues.

Attendees will gain practical advice on how to prepare for and handle sensitive situations with employees and guests in the hospitality industry. Subject matters will include: enforcing house rules (e.g. dress codes), best practices for hiring, LGBT protections, an update on tip pooling rules, and more.
