This session helps women navigate invisible labor and lead with authenticity. Attendees will leave with practical strategies for sustainable success.

Andrea Houston is a children’s book author and the Founder of Anchor Exchange, a coaching and empowerment practice dedicated to helping individuals lead with emotional intelligence. She is the author of How Taylor Became Princess: Taylor’s Light, the first book in a children’s series designed to empower young readers to embrace their sense of belonging. The next two books in the series are completed and will be released soon, continuing the journey of personal growth for children.
In addition to her work for children, Andrea has created a workbook for mid-level professionals, Past Them, Present Self, Future Me, designed to help professionals show up authentically and navigate workplace pressures. Drawing on her experience in human services and coaching, she guides individuals in cultivating sustainable success and leading with confidence. Andrea is passionate about creating spaces where women and girls feel seen, heard, and empowered to embrace their full potential.
