The L8C Block Party!

The Loft at Eight Corners Block Party is a free, family-friendly community event happening on Saturday, June 6 from 12–4 PM at 9049 Monroe Avenue in Brookfield. Join us for an afternoon of fun featuring a taco truck, dunk tank, performances, art activities, yard games, and classic treats like sno cones, popcorn, hot dogs, and cotton candy—there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

This event highlights The Loft program, a collaborative initiative between Pillars Community Health and NAMI Metro Suburban. Designed to support teens in their mental health journey, The Loft empowers youth to use their voices, advocate for their needs, and engage in meaningful support for themselves and their families. The program is led by an interprofessional team of Recovery Support Specialists, Family Support Specialists, and Mental Health Professionals, creating a welcoming and supportive space for teen mental wellness.
