Parenting Out L.O.U.D. - Caregiver Coaching Group - 8 week series
This group is designed to provide parents and caregivers with practical tools, support, and a space to connect with others who are navigating many of the same challenges.
Throughout the 8-week series, we'll explore topics such as values-based parenting, self-compassion, boundaries, and contingency management. In creating this program, we specifically aimed to provide a space where caregivers could pause to focus on their core values, while learning strategies that can make day-to-day relationships feel more manageable and meaningful.

Fees/Admission
The group's fee for the 8-week course is $240 for participants paying out of pocket. Participants can also use private insurance (we are in-network with BCBS PPO, Aetna PPO, and have reimbursement programs with multiple other private insurance companies).
