Whether you exercise regularly, have recently begun exercising, or are starting to think about adding exercise into your routine, this 3 week series (attend as many as your schedule permits) will help you learn how to fuel beforehand, during, and after in order to maximize your results. Amy has worked in the fitness industry for almost a decade and also has been active her entire life through running, strength training, and yoga. Throughout this 3-week workshop series, group participants will dive into what to eat before and after exercise, how to stay hydrated, and if supplements are the right route for their specific needs and goals.
