Chamber Takeout Stakeout at The Urban Dining League - March 2023

Come join your fellow Chamber members for our next Takeout Stakeout, this time with The Urban Dining League! For this event, we convene at a designated establishment to pick up our takeout lunch choices, and get to meet new folks and see our peers from other businesses and organizations. Lunch is a flat $16 including tax and tip.

Email us with your menu choice, or include it in your registration form. Choices are:

•Chimichurri Steak Sliders (2)

Grilled marinated steak topped with chimichurri sauce, romaine lettuce, red onion and grape tomato on a brioche bun

•Garlic Parmesan Chicken Sliders (2)

Grilled marinated chicken topped with garlic parmesan aioli, romaine lettuce, red onion and grape tomato on a brioche bun

•Marinated Portobello Sliders (2)

Grilled marinated portobello mushroom topped with option of chimichurri sauce or garlic parmesan aioli, romaine lettuce, red onion, and grape tomato on a brioche bun

•Chipotle Chicken Salad w/tortilla chips (gluten-free entree)

oven roasted chicken breast, red onion, black beans, fire roasted corn, bell peppers, cilantro, secret spice blend, chipotle peppers

All sliders will include choice of kettle chips:

•Sea Salt

•Sea Salt & Vinegar

•Smokehouse BBQ

•Jalapeno

All meals will include a banana pudding dessert cup.

Our location is River Forest Kitchen / Schoolhouse; we'll meet at the Kitchens entrance in back. Parking is available on Ashland and adjoining side streets.
