The 3rd Annual Retail Warehouse Sale on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 7:30-9PM (ticketed cocktail pre-shop) + SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 10A-1P (open to the public) @ The Arts Center Of Oak Park, will feature top area retailers selling end of season stock in an exciting event open to the public. Deals abound, retailers rejoice and the public goes nuts.
Vendor Benefits: It's AFFORDABLE + exclusively for retailers. It's EXCELLENT MARKETING. Retail businesses come face-to-face with hundreds of enthusiastic area shoppers who may be new to your business. We market event to 40k+, via e-blasts, Eventbrite, web postings, PR, social media, print and more. Vendors KEEP 100% OF SALES and convert old INVENTORY INTO CASH. It's GREAT NETWORKING. 20+ retail-related businesses will be present.

Key 2020 Vendor Info:
- NEW LOCATION! Find bigger booths in a better layout @ The Arts Center Of Oak Park, an exciting event space located across street from Hemingway's Bistro.
- NEW BOOTH SIZES! 2020 event booths range in size from 100-210 square feet, priced $150-300 (members), $400-550 (non-members).
- Interested in CHOOSING YOUR BOOTH LOCATION? Vendor sponsorships start as low as $500, and include: booth fee (all sizes for members, 180 sq. ft. or smaller for non-members), your prime booth choice and bonus marketing/promotion.
- SET-UP Friday, 2/21, 4-7:30P, BREAKDOWN Saturday, 2/22, 1-2P. Vendors must NOT BREAKDOWN before 1P.
- Vendors must be present for ticketed 2/21 PRE-SHOP (7:30-9P) AND 2/22 OPEN TO PUBLIC shopping (10A-1P).
- Vendors TRANSACT OWN SALES via mobile POS/hotspot, keeping 100% of proceeds. Wifi will available, but limited in ability to handle high volumes of vendor usage/transactions.
- Vendors required to PROVIDE DISCOUNTS consistent with warehouse sale, minimum 20% off retail, ideally much more.
- To extend marketing reach, vendors required to HELP PROMOTE event via own e-blasts, social media marketing, or pay $50 non-participation fee to fund event advertising budget.
- CHAMBER PROVIDES: booth space, 6' table, 2 chairs, logo'd signage, all event logistics planning/support and EXTENSIVE online, social media + offline event MARKETING to ensure large # attendees over two days.
