Enjoy a relaxed evening of meditation, food, and community! No registration needed: just show up.
We'll begin the evening with a puja -- a practice of chanted prayers, meditation, and mantra to the Buddha of Healing, Medicine Buddha. This practice helps to enhance our physical and mental health, overcome spiritual obstacles, and benefit others through healing actions. If you wish, you are invited to bring an offering of fresh food, flowers, or non-alcoholic drink for the prayers.
Then we'll have a casual dinner out in the neighborhood. It’s an opportunity to have a meaningful conversation and develop valuable friendships with other members of the ‘Sangha’, our wonderful spiritual community. No previous experience is needed -- absolutely everyone is welcome.
