Christopher L. Lufrano, Esq. is the managing attorney and principal of Lufrano Law, LLC and has extensive experience in matters involving real estate law, securities litigation, and business law services. Mr. Lufrano is licensed to practice law in Illinois and New York. Mr. Lufrano is a graduate of Boston University, where he majored in Business Management. Following college, Mr. Lufrano was employed by Morgan Stanley where he worked as a fixed income trader and obtained his Series 7 and 63 licenses. During his time at Pace Law School, where he finished with distinction, he worked for the John Jay Legal Services Investor's Rights Clinic and provided legal representation to clients of limited means in FINRA arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Lufrano founded Lufrano Law, LLC on the principle that each client deserves individual, personalized, one-on-one attention. Lufrano Law, LLC primarily focuses on advising clients through life’s challenging financial issues – real estate closings and investment disputes.
Swati Saxena is a local Realtor and a Master Certified Negotiator who left a career in engineering to help people not just find a house, but to create a home and put down roots. She has been in this career for seven and a half years and has seen her business volume grow from just over $150k in 2011 to over $14M in 2017. She is now ranked as one of the top 10 Agents in the area and believes strongly that her success is due to her yearning for learning and self improvement and her mindset of abundance. She is a passionate vegan who loves living in Oak Park with her spouse and four-legged daughter and shares the village's ideals of community, equity and inclusion.Date and Time
