Cash Is King! Cash-flow and Small Business Recovery
WHY CASHFLOW?
There is a saying that "revenue is vanity, profit is sanity, but cash is king". But what does this really mean? Now more than ever, when revenue has been greatly reduced, and with prospects of reopening on the horizon, planning for how your business will recover must include a detailed understanding of cash flow.
What can you afford the spend money on, when can you spend it, and when can you anticipate a return (cash in your pocket!).
Please join the OPRF Chamber and the Berwyn Development Corporation (BDC) as we host Abigail Scanlan from the Women's Business Development Centre.
Abigail has helped countless businesses understand exactly how their money is coming in and where it is going out. She will be chatting with our group about how any business can easily get a handle on their cash flow to make sure that they can effectively plan for the future.THIS IS A HANDS-ON WORKSHOP!
Abigail will spend time during this session going over THIS SPREADSHEET and how it can be used for your particular business, wherever you are in your financial planning. To make the most of this session, we recommend that you download the spreadsheet before we meet to familiarize yourself with the kinds of information that she will be discussing.DO YOU HAVE QUESTIONS?
