Tell Me About This Month's Hosts
RC-Training and Fitness are excited to host this November's BAH event along-side our collaborative partners,The Movement Guild, and to meet our fellow chamber members at our new location!
RC Training & Fitness is a semi-private training gym and proud member of the OPRF community.
We help busy folks look, move, and feel amazing with customized training programs and expert coaching, even when they have tried other gyms, trainers, and diet programs to no avail. Our members include adults of all ages at various fitness levels looking to move and train better.
We also offer an innovative program for young male and female athletes who are looking to gain an edge in their specific sport through Competitive Comprehensive Complete Training Programs called The Athlete Training Program (ATP) and Sport Specific Combines (SSC).
The programs focus on training high school and middle school athletes in building strength, speed, agility, power, and athleticism. The programs work with athletes from all sports, including football, wrestling, baseball, softball, lacrosse, soccer, tennis, hockey, and field hockey.
The Movement Guild is a community of top movement and health professionals that actualize a greater collective intelligence and offer a personalized (instead of one-size-fits-all) experience. We foster a safe and empowering environment that promotes complete individual wellness via specialized manual based physical therapy, active recovery, massage therapy, yoga and movement classes, and private training.
Where Should I Park?
Street parking is available on Harrison and adjoining side streets.
