DESCRIPTION:Yoga Flow\n\n\n\nThis month\, the Women in Business Affinity Group meets for a special Summer Session at a NEW location!  New Chamber member Peace & Joy Within Yoga studio is graciously hosting a free class at their studio in southeast Oak Park.  Bring your mat!\n\n\n\nPeace & Joy Within Yoga is more than a studio - it's a sanctuary lovingly built by founder and teacher Paula Jones Hunter\, known to her students simply as PJ. With decades of wisdom\, a heart for community\, and a calling rooted in faith\, PJ created this space to help others return to themselves - gently\, powerfully\, and with intention.\n\nEvery class is an invitation: to breathe deeper\, to move with presence\, and to rediscover the peace and joy already within.
