Whether you're an entrepreneur\, leader\, or professional\, this seminar will equip you with the tools to promote awareness\, advocate for inclusion\, and enhance your leadership approach.\n\nBring your voice and heart to this powerful discussion!\n\n\n\nMeet our Speaker: \n\n\n\nEvangeline Smith\n\n\n\n\n\nEvangeline works at L'Arche Chicago as the Director of Care/QIDP. She first joined L'Arche Chicago as a live-in assistant in 2016 where she lived alongside three adults with intellectual disabilities\, providing support with everyday tasks and developing friendships. As the Director of Care she oversees the ongoing care of the 15 core members (adults with IDD) who live in the four L'Arche homes by coordinating day programming\, behavioral services and medical care.
