Her process includes weaving together mission\, stories\, data\, and need to offer a compelling reason to fund your cause. She is a member of the Grant Professionals Organization\, the Association of Consultants to Nonprofits\, the Chicago Sport for Good Coalition Leadership Council\, and the Association of Leadership Programs\, where she is a candidate for certification in Community Leadership Development.\n\n\n\nAs Founder and CEO of The Nonprofit Planner Company\, Cathy balances her two primary clients\, Beat the Streets Chicago and the Community Connections Leadership Program\, with writing\, speaking\, and consulting in the nonprofit sector.
